Txispa Restaurant

Txispa is a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in Axpe, Atxondo, where Japanese culinary precision meets Basque seasonal ingredients in a unique tasting-menu experience led by Chef Tetsuro Maeda. For this project, the Tube luminaire was used outdoors to subtly guide the pathway leading guests to the restaurant entrance, creating a welcoming and intuitive approach. Inside, the Berry S luminaire was specified with a highly concentrated optic to illuminate the workspace — in this case the diners’ plates — enhancing visibility and highlighting the culinary presentation for a complete sensory experience.
